LARPENTEUR AVE. <br />Hustad asked that he be briefed on the background of this request to which <br />Hoyt responded that the city received a 1993 block grant for the acquisition of this <br />blighted property and the relocation of the two tenants. The city will cover a portion <br />of the acquisition cost and the total demolition cost. Jacobs moved to <br />approve authorization to request proposals for the demolition.
