~~~' <br />• MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 10, 1993 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:09 p.m. <br />PRESENT , <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz and Jacobs. Also present were Chenoweth <br />and Hoyt. <br />ABSENT <br />Gibson Talbot <br />MINUTES OF 10/27/93 APPROVED <br />Council approved the Minutes of October 27, 1993 by unanimous <br />consent. <br />PRESENTATION OF AWARD FOR CITY'S OUTSTANDING PARTICIPATION IN <br />NATIONAL NIGHT OUT <br />Deputy Chief Tom A11eva of the Roseville Police Department <br />introduced police Community Service Officer Jerry Ruettimann and <br />Judy Sabean, Falcon Heights Neighborhood Watch volunteer <br />t coordinator. <br />Ruettimann explained that the award is presented to Falcon <br />Heights/Roseville by the National Association of Town Watch for <br />the cities' outstanding participation in the National Night Out <br />observance. He thanked the many volunteers who participated in <br />making the evening a success, and presented the award placque and <br />a booklet commemorating the event to Mayor Baldwin. <br />Judy Sabean offered her thanks to all who helped to make the <br />Night Out event a success. Baldwin commented on the great job <br />done by all who participated in any way expressing their care of <br />community. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br />consent: <br />1.
