These definition topics are provided by the city of <br />Minneapolis. The B4 district is the do~~•nto~~~n distict and is designed to <br />accomodate central retail office and `vholesale activities of city~~~idc and regional <br />significance. Currently there are t«~o adult zones within the 13=1 district. <br />Co3lclitions: It requires that adults-only entertainment (as listed above) <br />not be located ~~-ithin 1,000 feet of any residential district and ~~•ithin 500 feet of a <br />church, a state licensed day care facility, established prior to November 1, 198G, <br />public library and education facilities_ ~-~•hich serve persons age 17 or younger, an <br />elementary school or a high school. <br />City of Bloomington <br />Application Fee: $1,55 <br />Inesti ;anon Fee: $ 500 \tonrefundable, covers the cost of investigation. <br />Zoning Category: All Industrial Districts (subject to anti-blight regulations). <br />Conditions: No sexually oriented business shall be located closer than <br />500 feet from. any of the follo~~~ing residential use districts: Single-Family <br />Pesidential, i~~Iultiple-Family Residential, Apartment Park, and Large Lot Single- <br />Family District. <br />City of St..Anthony <br />Permitted Conditional Uses: Adult uses are not alloc~~ed ~ti~ithin 200 feet of a <br />residential district. <br />S <br />
