I• <br />i• <br />i• <br />Secondary Impact Study: Yes, Available upon request. <br />Noted in the Secondary Impact Study: <br />Adult uses may produce a secondary impact or affect which is judged as negative to <br />the health, safety, and general zuelfar-e of the cornrnunity and as a result, these <br />secondary impacts or affects can be controlled. <br />A community due to the secondary impact of adult uses can regulate such activities <br />and restrict their proximity to sensitive activity sites which are typically oriented <br />toward minors. <br />Dtce also to secondary impacts, a cornmtcnity can maintain the separation of adult <br />uses from one another. <br />A cornmtenity has the right to police adult uses to insure they are operating in a <br />fashion where the secondary impacts or affects are mitigated to the extent possible. <br />7 <br />
