~ • Planning Commission <br />Agenda Item: 8 <br />8/23/93 <br />Agenda item: 1994 Capital Improvement Program <br />Submitted by: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator <br />Explanation/description: <br />The annual city budget includes a five year capital improvement program for <br />capital expenditures in the city. State statute and city policy require that the <br />planning commission review and approve the city's capital improvement <br />program to assure its compliance with the city's comprehensive plan. For 1994 <br />staff is recommending that the commission and council most seriously consider <br />the 1994 planned improvements because a more complete capital plan will be <br />prepared over the next several months. <br />Attachments: <br />• A - 1994 Draft CI <br />P <br />Action requested: <br />1.
