No structure or building shall exceed three (3) <br />stories or thirty-five (35) feet in height, whichever is <br />higher except as provided in 9-2.07 of this Code. <br />b. Aside yard abutting on a street shall not be less <br />than thirty (30) feet and when abutting a lot in an "R" <br />district shall not be less than thirty (30) feet. <br />c.
