The purpose of-these l:he <br />Neighborhood Convenience Business District is to provide for small <br />scale consumer goods stores and Iimited service establishments <br />which deal directly with the customer by whom the goods and <br />services are consumed. ~e Tha'3 ~.istrict is primarily <br />intended to serve the surrounding neighborhood rather than the <br />entire community. <br />Subdivision 2. Permitted Uses.
