Pur~~se and Intent. The purpose of-t#ese ~hr~ <br />Neighborhood Convenience Business_District is to provide for small <br />scale consumer goods stores and limited service establishments <br />which deal directly with the customer by whom the goods and <br />services are consumed. ~y~-are ThiB F~.istrict is primarily <br />intended to serve the surrounding neighborhood rather than the <br />entire community. <br />Subdivision 2. Permitted Uses. No structure or land shall be used <br />except for the following specific uses SIC =Standard Industrial <br />('lassifications from the Office of Ntana~ement and Budget. SiC <br />Manual. 19871: <br />a. Barber shops (SIC 724) ezceFt barber colleges. <br />b. Beauty shops (SIC 723) but excluding cosmetologv schools <br />and therapeutic massa0.e. <br />c. Convenience grocery stores (SIC 5411) excluding motor fuel <br />facilities. <br />d. Drug stores/pharmacies (SIC 5912). <br />e. Dry cleaning and laundry pickup stations including <br />.incidental pressing and repair (SIC 7212). <br />f. Florists (SIC 5992). <br />g. Laundromats -self serve (SIC 7215). <br />h. Medical and dental offices and clinics (SIC 801-804). <br />i. Offices, business and professional. <br />j.
