J 5/12/93 <br />Subdivision 3. Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted <br />subject to the issuance of a CUP. <br />a. Animal grooming and pet stores provided there shall be no <br />boarding of animals on the site. <br />b. Car washes which are incidental to the principal use and <br />meet the. standards of Section 9-14.01 (14). <br />c. Child care and nursery school facilities subject to licensing <br />by the State of Minnesota. <br />d. Charitable gambling establishments in accordance with the <br />City's licensing requirements, Section _, of the City Code. <br />e. Custom manufacturing of hand made goods that are sold on <br />the premises provided the manufacturing operation is <br />incidental to a retail operation. <br />,,~~ f. Drinking establishments, bars and taverns (SIC 5813) <br />~~ subject to the City's licensing requirements, Section _, of the <br />City Code. <br />g. Drive-in establishments subject to the performance <br />standards Section 9-14.01 (14) of this code. <br />h. Hotels and motels by PUD. <br />i. Motor fuel or service stations subject to the design and <br />performance standards as specified in Section 9-14.01 (17) of <br />this code. <br />j. Multi-family housing by Planned Unit Development. <br />k. Satellite communications dishes (SIC 4899). <br />/~ 1. Video or game arcades (SIC 7993). <br />,~ J <br />Subdivision 4. Permitted Accessory Uses. Any use permitted in <br />Part 8 Subdivision 4 and as regulated therein. The following <br />additional uses shall also be permitted accessory uses. <br />8 <br />
