Included are the <br />following drawings: <br />1. A site survey showing the existing building and site conditions. <br />2. An architectural site plan•showing the existing building footprint and the <br />extent of new additions, with appropriate dimensions, and with area and.. - <br />parking tabulations. <br />3. A landscaping and exterior lighting plan. <br />4. A drawing of new architectural building elevations. <br />5. A grading, drainage and utility proliosal plan for the site. <br />6. A floor plan of the school (new and existing). <br />We are providing you with three.full size sets and 15 reduced sets (11 x 17) <br />Circulation of vehicles in the existing paved areas of the site will remain more or <br />less the same. The west parking lot is a one-way counterclockwise loop with <br />angled parking, which will remain unchanged. The bus parking in the front of the <br />building will remain the same, but visitor parking will be curtailed in this area and. <br />eliminated entirely with signage when the school buses. are .loading and unloading. <br />The reason for this is to prevent children from rushing between the buses and <br />across a moving lane of traffic to get to a parent's car parked in the visitor <br />parking area. The remaining car parking in this area will be changed from angled <br />to parallel parking.
