The council may grant a hardship waiver only if it <br />finds that: <br />1) the applicant has demonstrated a hardship by <br />showing that the property cannot be put to a <br />reasonable use without the waiver; <br />2) the waiver will not affect the integrity of <br />the planning process and the purpose for <br />which the ordinance was enacted; <br />3) the application is consistent with the <br />current status of the planning study; <br />4) the application is for a use that is a listed <br />permitted or conditional use in the <br />applicable zoning district. <br />e. The council may deny the waiver if it does not <br />meet the criteria in this section or if it <br />determines that its approval will negatively <br />impact the planning study or the future land use <br />and development in the city. <br />Subd. 6 Term.
