We request an increase in the allowable fence height from six (6) <br />feet to eight (8) feet. We would like the eight foot fence to reduce the excessive noise <br />generated by delivery trucks and employees of Warner's Stellian and. Ciatti's in the private " <br />alley that borders the east and south borders of our property (see attached lot drawing).
