"B-1-A" LIMITED BUSINESS AND PROCESSING DISTRICT (repeal) <br />9-10.01 "B-2" Central Business District <br />Subdivision 1. Purpose and Intent. This district is intended to <br />apply only to the four quadrants of the Larpenteur and Snelling <br />intersection. It is a diversified district that is primarily intended <br />to allow retail, business services, office and public uses which are <br />integral parts of a shopping center or are clustered to function as <br />an integrated center where parking can be shared. With the <br />exception of limited wholesale and custom manufacturing <br />establishments, this district is primarily for retail uses which sell <br />goods and services directly to the consumer. <br />Subdivision 2. Permitted Uses.
