Review of existing zoning ordinance business provisions. <br />2. Development of zoning concepts to be reviewed with business persons. <br />3. One meeting with business representatives to present the proposed amendment <br />concepts (City to make all meeting arrangements). <br />4. Preparation of ordinance amendments considering comments from business <br />persons. <br />5. One meeting with City Staff to review ordinance changes. <br />6. Attendance at one Planning Commission and one City Council meeting (or <br />public hearings) to assist with the presentation of the ordinance amendments. <br />Based on the above Work Program, the fee will not exceed $2,000.
