~r <br /> <br />June "23,1992 <br />City of Falcon Heights <br />2077 West Larpenteur <br />Falcon Heights,MN 55113 <br />Dear Sir, <br />On Tuesday, June 2, 1992, Fire Marshal,Terry Iverson inspected <br />1484 W California AV - the requested site for Blustys' Ceramic <br />Classes. It is my intention to implement the changes deemed <br />necessary to operate safely. <br />Mr. Iverson informed me that a fire door with automatic closure <br />is required between the garage and the entry into the home. <br />This will be replaced. I will be installing a battery operated <br />smoke detector at the bottom of the stairway- near the kiln room. <br />A fire extinguisher will be installed in the kiln room2a-lObc as <br />Terry Iverson specified by telephone- after the inspection form <br />• was completed. Bob Clauson State of Minnesota electrical <br />inspector, has checked the outlet installed to operate the kiln <br />and has approved the wiring upon reinspection -completed June 16. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the receipt for the first inspection. <br />_.Mr. Clauson informed me on June 16th, that the State of Minnesota <br />did not provide a document to prove to the City of Falcon Heights <br />that the electrical outlet has passed inspection.
