• PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT 9-15..04 <br />(3) Gross square footage of existing <br />and proposed buildings and structures. <br />(4) Exterior finish materials. <br />(5) Type of business, proposed number <br />of employees, and times of operations. <br />g. All parking facilities. <br />h. Water bodies and drainage ditches. <br />i. Fences and retaining walls. <br />j. Landscape plan, showing size and species <br />of each planting. <br />k. On and off site traffic flow. <br />1. Parking plan. <br />• (8) Site statistics including square footage, <br />percentage of coverage, dwelling unit density, and <br />percentage of park or open space. <br />(9) Names and addresses of the owners of all <br />property abutting the subject property, as <br />contained in the current real estate tax rolls, <br />including properly located across the street, <br />avenue or alley from the subject property. <br />Subdivision 3. Hearing: The City Council or Planning <br />Commission shall hold a public hearing within thirty (30) <br />days of the date of filing the application, or at the next <br />regularly scheduled meeting after said thirty (30) days, <br />after publishing notice of such hearing in the official <br />newspaper and sending mailed notice to those listed in the <br />application as abutting property owners at least ten (1) <br />days prior to the date of the hearing. <br />a. General and Special Requirements: The Planning <br />Commission and/or Council shall consider to what extent the <br />applicant's plan minimizes possible adverse effects of the <br />proposed conditional use, what modifications to the plan <br />and what conditions on approval could further minimize the <br />adverse effects of the proposed use.
