REVISED TODAY <br />P-4 A <br /> <br />No. R-92-29 <br />C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br />Date <br />------------------------------------------------ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SECURITY FOR ONE HUNDRED PERCENT <br />OF LANDSCAPING COSTS FOR ROTTLUND HOMES PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Rottlund Company is proposing to construct a 24 <br />townhome development on lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Stratford Office <br />Park subdivision to be replatted Block 1, lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 <br />and Outlot A of the Maple Knolls subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, a landscape plan (including sod, seeding and <br />mulching) has been submitted to and approved by the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the city requires that public security be provided <br />by the developer to ensure that all landscaping (including sod, <br />seeding and mulching) is completed according to the plans and to <br />the satisfaction of the city; and <br />• WHEREAS, Rottlund Company has agreed to provide such <br />security contingent upon the bond being released upon the <br />completion of the project and reduced based upon the percentage <br />of completion (as determined by the city) at the end of the 1992 <br />planting season; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Falcon Heights City <br />Council that the city agrees to accept public security to be <br />provided by Rottlund Company for one hundred percent of the cost <br />of the proposed landscaping (including sod, seeding and mulching) <br />for the above mentioned townhome development. <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Moved by <br />Approved by <br />Mayor <br />YEAS NAYS <br />BALDWIN <br />CIERNIA <br />GEHRZ <br />TALBOT <br />JACOBS <br />Date <br />In Favor Attested by <br />Against <br />City Clerk <br />Date <br />Adopted by Council <br />
