Although the width of the
outlot (29 feet) does not meet the minimum standards for a public
street as required by the ordinance, it does provide ample area
to develop and maintain the roadway and sanitary sewer & water
lines that run adjacent to it.
(CONTINUATION OF THIS .DISCUSSION WAS DEFERRED TO ALLOW THE
CONDUCTING OF TWO SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARINGS)
PUBLIC HEARING ON AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR LOTS
3 4 5 & 6 OF THE STRATFORD OFFICE PARK SUBDIVISION
PUBLIC HEARING ON A ZONING AMENDMENT FROM B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS TO
R-4 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR LOTS 3 4 5 & 6 OF THE
STRATFORD OFFICE PARK SUBDIVISION
Public Hearings were opened at 8:10.
