Approval of Request from Corpus Christi Parrish for <br />Permission to use Tatum Street as One Leg of a <br />Procession on 5 /21/9 2 <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING AMENDMENT FROM B-1 TO R-4 FOR LOTS 3, 4, <br />5 AND 6 OF STRATFORD OFFICE PARK SUBDIVISION <br />Ciernia opened the public hearing at 7:20 p.m. and explained that <br />the zoning amendment has been requested to allow the construction <br />of 24 townhomes on property presently zoned B-1, limited <br />business. He also explained that the request had been heard and <br />approved by the Planning Commission on May 18, 1992. <br />Don Jensen, Rottlund Homes, presented and explained the site <br />plan, configuration of buildings, floorplans, etc. for the <br />townhome development proposed for lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the <br />Stratford Office Park Addition. There being no one in attendance <br />wishing to be heard Ciernia closed the hearing at 7:45 p.m. <br />Gehrz then moved adoption of Ordinance 0-92-1 which carried <br />unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE 0-92-1 ' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OF LOTS 3, 4, 5 <br />AND 6 OF THE STRATFORD OFFICE PARK ADDITION FROM B-1 <br />TO R-4 <br />APPROVAL OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PUD FOR <br />ROTTLUND DEVELOPMENT <br />Council briefly reviewed the preliminary land use development for <br />the Rottlund Homes townhouse development, The Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on the matter on May 18, 1992 <br />and recommended approval. Gibson Talbot moved adoption of <br />Resolution R-92-18 which carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION R-92-18 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENT BY ROTTLUND <br />HOMES <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION REVISING THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL PUD FOR <br />ROTTLUND DEVELOPMENT <br />. At the May 18, 1992 Planning Commission meeting that body <br />recommended approval of the revision which is necessary to <br />accommodate the townhome development proposed by Rottlund Homes. <br />Jacobs moved adoption of Resolution R-92-19 which carried <br />unanimously. <br />
