However, market conditions did not make <br />this use applicable and it is being planned for a residential <br />development, R-4. It is necessary to amend the zoning code from <br />B-1 to R-4 in order to keep the zoning code and land use <br />consistent, and to assure the on-going residential character of <br />the development. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• A - Zoning map <br />B - See consulting planner's report <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />1.
