LARPENTEUR
Hoyt explained that the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on March 30, 1992 regarding the conditional use request submitted
by Dr. Douglas LeMay. She then presented the conditions set
forth by the commission and indicated the commission recommended
granting the conditional use. Some concern was expressed due to
the fact that the owner of the shopping center did not sign the
request and the conditional use stays with the land not the
proprietor of the business. Following a brief discussion Ciernia
moved adoption of Resolution R-92-12 with the contingency that
written concurrence be obtained from the property owner. Motion
carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION R-92-12
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR OPERATION OF A VETERINARY CLINIC
AT 1553 W.
