Such a plan should include the source and
volume of sanitary sewer flow from the University of Minnesota and the State Fairgrounds.
The plan can also serve as the city's response to its 1988 Sanitary Sewer System Statement.
4. That the Council strongly encourage the city of Falcon Heights to continue efforts that reduce
and eliminate sources of I/I to the Metropolitan Sanitary Sewer System.
