• <br />MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 6, 1991 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:17 P.M. <br />PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz and Wallin. Also present were Hoyt and <br />Chenoweth. <br />ABSENT <br />Jacobs. <br />APPOINTMENT OF CITIZENS' COMMITTEE FOR FALCON HEIGHTS/ROSEVILLE <br />STUDY <br />Hoyt presented letters of application from residents who are <br />interested in serving on the citizens' committee to review the <br />Falcon Heights/Roseville study of cooperative opportunities as <br />prepared by the consulting firm of Deloitte Touche. She <br />explained that one candidate, David Black, had withdrawn due to <br />other commitments leaving five remaining, the number required <br />for the committee. <br />• After a brief discussion Gehrz moved the appointment of the <br />following persons to the citizens' committee: <br />Ms. Marie Furton <br />Mr. John Turner <br />Mr. Joseph Bianchi <br />Ms. Carol Huso <br />Mr. Donald Mead <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />1456 Idaho Avenue <br />1576 Vincent Street <br />1725 N.
