On the surface the projects may not <br />appear to involve planning commission input. However, any street <br />projects impact the current and future land use of the city as well <br />as the quality of its residential neighborhoods. <br />Staff will review the program items with the commission. <br />ATTACHMENT A - Proposed 1992 Capital Improvement Program <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />• Review and comment on the proposed 1992 capital improvement <br />program. <br />
