CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />1992 BUDGET <br />.DEPARTMENT: Administration <br />ACTIVITY: Five Year Capital Improvement Plan <br />ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: Administration section provides for capital <br />expenditures around city hall <br />ANALYSIS/COMMENTS: The 1992 planned expenditures are for replacement of <br />existing equipment. <br />The city fax machine will be five years old and technological advances <br />have made the current fax obsolete. <br />The city has been replacing office chairs over the last two years. This <br />money is to replace the remaining six office chairs. <br />The current microwave oven used in the kitchen is over ten years old and <br />is not of very good quality. <br />The purchase of this office equipment will have no impact on future <br />operations. <br />• <br />• <br />
