ADDENDUM TO PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA FOR 26 AUGUST 1991 <br />ITEM: Request for a permitted accessory use permit for a <br />replacement utility shed at 1870 Tatum Street in an R-1 <br />zone <br />SUBMITTED BY: Thomas and Kathy Staffa, 1870 Tatum Street <br />REVIEWED BY: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator acting as planner <br />The Staffa's are requesting a permitted accessory use permit to <br />replace an existing utility shed which fell apart last month. <br />The shed will be the same size, 10 ft. by 15 ft. by 6 ft. high, <br />and in the same location as the previous one, which is 1 1/2 feet <br />from the nearest side lot line and about 30 feet from the rear <br />lot line.
