It
was agreed that Condition E which reads in part,
• Adequate adult supervision will be required including a
minimum of two employees on the premises during all hours
of operation and until 1/2 hour after closing.
be amended to read,
Adequate ~f~l supervision will be required including a
minimum of two ADULT employees on the premises during all
hours of operation and until 1/2 hour after closing.
Commisioner Barry expressed concern that perhaps some conditions
may be impossible to meet. Commissioner Daykin asked whether
variances can be granted from these conditions. Hoyt answered
yes they could. She also reported that conditional use permits
go with the land not the business owner.
Chairman Boche suggested that operation of the business should
be governed by a license rather than a conditional use permit
since the license does not stay with the land and can be
revoked. Hoyt mentioned Little Canada and Roseville were
considering a licensing procedure. Councilman Ciernia suggested
we talk to the attorney for legal advise on this issue. Hoyt
will report back at the next meeting.
AMENDMENT TO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN CONTRACT WITH PLANNING
CONSULTANT, THE HOISINGTON GROUP, INC wen o Councl )
