• Draft Conditions for Amusement Establishments Falcon Heights Page 4 <br />G. Compliance with all other applicable provisions of the Falcon Heights City <br />Ordinances shall be required. <br />H. Other conditions, as deemed appropriate by the City Council, may be applied <br />in response to site specific conditions at the time the conditional use permit is <br />issued. Violation of any of the above stated conditions or any other <br />conditions included as part of the approved conditional use permit shall be <br />deemed ample grounds for revocation of the permit. <br />We also suggest the following definitions for "Amusement Establishments" and <br />"Amusement Devices": <br />Amusement Establishment: Any building, area, or place providing entertainment <br />derived from the operation of amusement devices. <br />Amusement Devices: Any electrical or mechanical game of skill or chance <br />requiring the payment of money to play or operate. <br />We would recommend that the City's legal counsel review these conditions and <br />definitions, or any modifications made to them by the Planning Commission or Council, <br />before they are officially adopted. <br />• <br />• <br />
