Meeting Date 3 25 91 <br />Agenda Item E-2 <br /> <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: Amendment to the comprehensive plan contract <br />wi a oisington Group <br />SUBMITTED BY: Fred Hoisington <br />REVIEWED BY: Susan Hoyt, Interim City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION/DESCRIPTION: <br />Due to the shift in the City Planner's employment status to <br />Interim City Administrator after the departure of Jan Wiessner, <br />it is desirable to contract more service from the Hoisington <br />Group to complete the Comprehensive Plan in a timely fashion. <br />The proposed additional service includes uniting a portion of <br />the text and the implementation plan. All remaining meetings <br />were covered in the current contract. Additional services will <br />be billed at an hourly rate. The estimated cost is $2,700 - <br />$4,200. The original contract amount is $16,300.
