Also present were Wiessner <br />and Chenoweth. <br />ABSENT <br />Wallin. <br />MINUTES OF 12/12/90 APPROVED <br />The Minutes of December 12, 1990 were approved by unanimous <br />consent. <br />CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS APPROVED <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda Items by unanimous <br />consent: <br />1. Disbursements: <br />a. General Disbursements through 1/9/91, $39,931.79 <br />b. Payroll, 12/16/90 - 12/31/90, $10,929.68 <br />2. Designation of Contractual Consultants and Inspectors for <br />1991 <br />3. Resignation of Lizbeth Boger from Human Rights Commission <br />4. Cancellation of Check #24716 issued 11/30/90 to Emergency <br />Medical Products in Amount of $36.43. Duplicate Payment <br />5. Commission Appointments and Reappointments: <br />a. Solid Waste Commission <br />Reappointments: Lyle Wray, Nancy Misra and Terry <br />Iverson, three year terms expiring 12/31/93 <br />b.
