The present sign's predominant feature is the <br />word "DRUBS", spelled out in neon. The present . <br />sign does not reflect this fact. <br />Although the pharrrsacy port i can o-f our practice i s, and wi I I <br />remain, local in emphasis; the home health area is a regional <br />talmost Twin City wide3 business. Our Signage needs to be able tQ <br />_ be seen, read and comprehended, by the out of neighborhood <br />patient driving on Snelling Rvenue. The #ront wall of the <br />pharmacy is 165' from the curb of 1=he southbound Sane of <br />Snelling. It is abr3ut ~~C~' #rotr. the northbound lane. Further, the <br />uiew of the pharmacy is partia3ly biocRed by the Standard Oil <br />building and signage_ This is especially true for a rsorthbound <br />car, stopped at the intersection with Larpenteur. Therefore, a <br />smaller sign woui~! not provide the identification necessary. <br />The proposed sign would bring our sign into conformity with <br />those of Design Modern interior, and Warner`s Stellians.
