ROLL CALL: Barry_ Boche Daykin Duncan <br />Finegan Nestingen Gibson Talbot- <br />C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 25, 1990 <br />D. CITY COUNCIL MINUTES: June 27, 1990 <br />` (Mr. Lammers, 1697 N. Hamline Avenue, withdrew his request for <br />a variance for an eight foot high fence along his front <br />property line). <br />E. PUBLIC HEARING: <br />1. A public hearing on a request for an amendment to section <br />9-2.04 (2) (b) of the zoning code in regard to lot coverage <br />of detached accessory structures. <br />F. REPORTS, REQUESTS, RECONIlKENDATIONS: <br />1. Request for a variance from section 9-2.04 (1) (c) of the <br />zoning code, the corner sideyard setback, by Mr. Louis <br />Payin of 1463 West California in order to construct a <br />garage. <br />2. Request for a change in parking restrictions along <br />Folwell Avenue east of Coffman until Folwell`turns south <br />to Hoyt to, "two hour parking 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. except <br />weekends and holidays." <br />3. Introduction of the draft City of Falcon Heights Parking <br />Policy by the parking committee of the planning <br />commission. <br />4. Update on the comprehensive planning process. <br />5. Request for a variance from section 9-4.01 (4) (c) of the <br />zoning code, the frontyard setback, and section <br />9-2.04 (1)(c) of the zoning code, the interior sideyard <br />setback, by Mr. Wes Tennyson of 1935 Summer Street in <br />order to construct an addition to a garage. <br />G. .ADJOURN <br />• <br />
