Detached accessory buildings shall not occupy more than <br />35$ of the area of a required rear yard. <br />is creating problems for new garages in the Northome neighborhood. <br />Applying the 35~ of the required rear yard to these 50 foot lots <br />• prohibits the construction of what are currently considered <br />standard double or two and one-half car garages. Therefore, <br />revising this portion of the zoning code appears useful. <br />ATTACHMENT 1 Planner's Report on Lot Coverage of Detached <br />Accessory Buildings <br />BCTI-ON~ -REQIIESTED <br />1.
