The structure meets <br />.section 9-2.04(1)(c) and 9-2.04 (1)(i) of the Zoning Code. <br />Background: Last fall Mr. Affolter requested a Permitted Accessory <br />Use Permit for a boat storage shelter that was attached to his <br />garage.
