<br />Proposal for <br />Comprehensive <br />Municipal Plan <br />Revision <br />Study Approach and Work Tasks <br />Study Approach and The following information outlines our project approach. The <br />Work Tasks accompanying organizational chart shows the tasks and schedule <br />associated with the work plan. <br />Phase I Review Existing Plan/Data <br />Review and analyze portions of the Plan and other municipal <br />planning guidelines. Hold discussions with Ramsey County and <br />Metropolitan Council staff. The final step in this phase will be <br />development of a project outline identifying key study elements <br />that will be part of the project. <br />Task A: Review existing Municipal Comprehensive Plan with <br />City staff (Janet Weissner, Susan Hoyt Taff) <br />Task B: Analyze plan elements outline revisions and/or <br />amendments, list new elements <br />Task C: Meet with City staff to review analysis findings and <br />outline <br />Task D: Clarify Metropolitan Council, Ramsey County, <br />guidelines related to Falcon Heights (meet and discuss) <br />Task E: Finalize and outline plan elements. <br />Phase II Setting GoalslConsensus Building Workshops <br />Incorporates key input from City officials, commissions, and <br />neighborhood groups. Workshops will be designed to gather issues <br />and concerns and explain the importance of the comprehensive <br />planning process. <br />Task A: Design workshops <br />Task B: Workshop with Council and commission(s) <br />Task C: Workshop with City staff <br />Task D: Workshop with business and industry <br />Task E: Workshops with neighborhood groups <br />Task F: Documentation <br /> <br />Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, lnc.
