Proposal for <br />Compref~ensive • <br />Municipal Plan <br />Revision <br />Similar Project Northfiield, Minnesota <br />Experience <br />A comprehensive transportation plan was prepared for the City of <br />Northfield and its immediate adjacent areas. The study included <br />evaluation of several potential river and railroad crossings. <br />Faribauit, Minnesota <br />SEH provided acommunity-wide transportation study for the City <br />of Faribault. Included in this analysis was a complete sign <br />inventory, an analysis of the operation of all roadways in the City <br />and a long range plan for additional accesses across rivers and <br />railroad tracks as well as consideration of additional interchanges <br />with the interstate freeway system. <br />Golden Valley, Minnesota • <br />Two studies were recently completed for the City. The first <br />analyzed the impact of specific office and hotel development in the <br />I-394 corridor. The second study involved traffic analysis for a <br />major redevelopment area along the TH 12/I-394 highway corridor. <br />St. Louis Park, Minnesota <br />A traffic analysis of the west area of the Knollwood Regional <br />Shopping Center resulted in redesign of Aquilla Avenue and of 37th <br />Street. <br />South St. Paul, Minnesota <br />A study of access to a major industrial area and to a river port <br />resulted in recommendations for a new connecting roadway.
