It qualifies as a storage shed because it is a separate use <br />from his garage. As of this writing, he has not yet submitted his site plan <br />o the City due to short notice. However, he described the shed's dimmensions <br />and the site has been reviewed by the Planner. <br />The shed is 24 feet long, <br />10 feet wide and 8 feet high. <br />He planned to temporarily <br />cover it with tarpaper and <br />plastic.
