The Code does not allow the placement of an <br />accessory 'structure closer to the front lot line than the principal <br />building on the lot. The proposed garage will be fourteen (14) <br />feet in front of the house. The proposed garage is set back fifty- <br />one (51) feet from the front property line and five (5) feet from <br />the side property line. The Code requires thirty (30) foot front <br />yard setback (9-4.01, Subdivision 4(c)) and a five (5) foot side <br />yard setback (9-2.04 1(c)).
