i• <br />d. A change in the zoning ordinance which no longer allows the use. <br />4. Termination of Permit. The Permit shall terminate upon the occurrence <br />of any of the following events, whichever first occurs. <br />a. Sale of the Subject Property or any part thereof. <br />b. A lease of the Subject Property, or any part thereof, if Twin Cities <br />Cooperative Federal Credit Union is no longer a primary tenant of <br />the Subject Property. <br />c. Violation of any of the conditions set forth herein. <br />5. Recording.
