There are still two spaces available. One is being looked at by a coffee/sandwich shop. Staff has <br />been processing sign permits under the PUD, and the signage for Pizza Hut is approved and will <br />probably be installed in the next month or two. The awnings that will support the signage are <br />still being installed on the north and west facades of the building. There will also be signage on <br />the rear of the building, facing the parking lot. <br />Compared to other mixed-use projects in the Twin Cities market, the retail space for this project <br />has leased quickly. This is probably because of the location of the project. The Snelling <br />northbound intersection sees about 42,000 cars daily, and Larpenteur sees about 15,000 cars <br />daily. <br />Please feel free to call me if you have further questions, or need more information.
