They plan to <br />rebuild-afld remodel~around the e~cisting building foot print for a propceed restaurant. They are <br />planningan 11'-0" expansion to the north of the existing structure. <br />In-order to.maximize.the.site for parking they would request a variance of the required 30 `-0° <br />set-back at the north side of the property. <br />They. would Jike to reconfigure the parking at the south end of the property by closing the entry <br />o#-LarpeFltuer Ave and move -the -parking .to the south side of the lot. A variance is also <br />requested-because of the 30'-0' set-back. <br />Mr. and,Mrs. Won are looking forward to bringing a design that will enhance the neighborhood <br />and- rflake it a -nice place to be in -the area.
