N. 15.29.23.34.0132 <br />Dear Planning Commission: <br />I am considering purchasing the building at 1347 W. Larpenteur which currently houses the <br />Thatcher Chiropractic Clinic. I would like to remodel the building interior, replace the roof, update the <br />landscaping, and open an eye clinic to serve the community. I would like to move the entryway to the <br />side of the building which faces Hamline Ave. The goal is to have an entrance that is more visible and <br />welcoming to the community.
