of violation of this Section to which M.S. 145A.03 through <br />145A.09 are applicable, the compliance official may proceed as <br />provided in M.S. 145A.03 through 145A.09 to abate or remove <br />the violation and to have the cost of it specially assessed against <br />the lot or parcel where the violation was located.
