NO. <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING BOTH SIDES <br />OF LINDIG AVENUE NORTH OF LARPENTEUR <br />AS A RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City has received a petition signed by more than 75% of the owners of <br />all residential property abutting Lindig Avenue north of Larpenteur requesting that the street <br />be designated a residential permit parking area; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has submitted a report to the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a hearing on the petition <br />preceded by proper notice; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the petition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Both sides of Lindig Avenue north of Larpenteur are designated as a residential <br />permit parking area. Parking in the designated area is restricted to residents <br />abutting the street who have obtained a permit from the City and to vehicles for <br />which a temporary parking permit has been issued by the City in accordance <br />with the rules set forth in the City's Administrative Manual. <br />2. City staff is directed to install appropriate signs designating the area for permit <br />parking. <br />3.
