The city code <br />requires athirty-foot back yard, and no part of the principal building, including an <br />attached garage, is allowed tq encroach into that area without a variance. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the site plan, and I encourage you to attend the Planning <br />Commission meeting where this will be considered.
