• <br />• <br />d. The date or event that will terminate the use can be identified with certainty. <br />e. The use will not impose additional unreasonable costs on the public. <br />f. The user agrees to any conditions that the City Council deems appropriate for permission of the use. <br />Subdivision 4. Termination: An interim use shall terminate on the happening of any of the following events, <br />whichever occurs first: <br />a. The date or event stated in the permit. <br />b. Upon violation of conditions under which the permit was issued. <br />c. Upon change in the City's zoning regulations which renders the use nonconforming. <br />SECTION 3. Section 9-9.01 of the Falcon Heights City Code is amended to add Subdivision 7 to provide: <br />Subdivision 7. Interim Uses: The following uses are allowed subject to the issuance of an interim use permit: <br />a. Farmer's markets that meet the following criteria: <br />1) Operate no more than one day per week <br />2) Site includes not less than 284 parking spaces for customers of the market <br />3) Market may not operate before 6:30 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. <br />4) Permittee must name a managing agent who is responsible for the conduct of the vendors in <br />compliance with the conditions of the Interim Use Permit. <br />5) The requirements of 9-9.01 Subdivision 5 Subparagraphs C and D shall not apply. <br />SECTION 4.
