There will <br />be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units starting at 688 square feet to 1,481 square <br />feet. Sixty percent of the rental units (69 units) will be market rate and forty percent (50 units) of the project <br />will be targeted at 50% of the median income or below.
