LARPENTEUR AVENUE FALCON HEIGHTS, MN 55113-5594 PMONE (651) 644-5050 FAX, (651)644-8675 <br />January 22, 2003 <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing on the SE Corner Project <br />Tuesday, February 4, 2003, 7 PM, City Hall <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />I am writing to give you some important information on the status of the Falcon Heights Town <br />Square development planned for the southeast corner of the Snelling/Larpenteur intersection. <br />Things are continuing to move along, and there are several upcoming opportunities for you to <br />participate. <br />First, there will be two brief hearings before the Planning Commission the evening of Tuesday; <br />February 4, 2003. -These hearings are part of the formal approval steps for the design and <br />development process. They are open to the public, and you are welcome to attend. The Planning <br />Commission meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and is held at City Hall in the Council Chambers. It will <br />also be broadcast on cable channel 15 and.available through the City website: <br />http://www.ci.falcon-heights.mn.us <br />There will be much more information available at the next Public Meeting, which we urge you to <br />attend. <br />Public Meeting on the SE Corner Project <br />Thursday, February 20, 2003 <br />6:30 - 8:30 p.m. <br />City Hall Council Chambers <br />Drawings and floor plans will be displayed. Representatives of the developer and the architects, as <br />well as City staff, will be there to answer your questions and listen to your comments.
