<br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN RELATING TO <br />THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF <br />SNELLING AND LARPENTEUR AVENUES <br />NO. 03-03 <br />Date: 2/12/03 <br />WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights comprehensive plan addresses plan elements for the City's <br />CommerciaUBusiness areas, including the Snelling/Larpenteur Commercial Core; and <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to amend this section of the comprehensive plan and the Land <br />Use Plan Map in order to allow mixed residential/commercial use at the southeast corner of Snelling <br />• and Larpenteur Avenues; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission following its public hearing unanimously <br />recommended amending the comprehensive plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Land Use Plan Map, figure 8, of the comprehensive plan is amended by designating the <br />following described property at the southeast corner of Snelling and Larpenteur Avenues to <br />Mixed Use, "MU": <br />PARCEL 1 <br />Tracts A through K, Registered land Survey No. 94. <br />(Torrens Property) <br />PARCEL 2 <br />• Tract A, except the north 38.33 feet of the west 70 feet thereof and except the south 51.67 <br />feet of the north 90 feet of the west 73 feet of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 2. <br />(Torrens Property) <br />104491.01 <br />RNK:01 /28/2003 <br />
