The project will <br />require variances in front setback, lot coverage, driveway placement and the separation <br />between parking and building. As the designers are still working on alterations to the site <br />plan, the exact amount of variance is unknown at this time. A copy of the preliminary <br />site plan is enclosed. <br />A hearing has been scheduled before the Planning Commission to allow members of the <br />• public to comment on the proposed variances.
